What personal data we collect and why we collect it

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address.
We collect payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address), no information on consumers who browse our Web page.
The information we collect is used for internal review and then discarded. Concerning cookies: We use cookies to process entry done online entry.

If you do not want to receive an email from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an email at the above address, calling us at the above telephone number, writing to us at the above address or, we only sent out entry confirmation.

We do not share or make the email addresses of those who access our site available to other reputable organizations. 

We do not share or make our customer’s email addresses available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. 

If given an email address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on upcoming events (shows). If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided above, or you can email with the above email address or writing to us at the above address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact from us to clarify information regarding their show entry they have placed online.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Concerning Ad Servers:

We do not partner with or have relationships with any ad server companies.

Upon request, we offer visitors no ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that we maintain about them. We do not save any data.
